1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing https://newsbrio.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership of all photographs, illustrations, and graphic files you interact with on Newsbrio.

Newsbrio claims zero ownership, license, or copyright rights over any images inspected, modified, or scrubbed using our utilities. We do not claim any implied license to distribute, copy, train machine learning models on, or publicize your images.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing Newsbrio, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate copyright infringement.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our servers or networks.
  • Transmit corrupted files, viruses, trojans, or malicious payloads through the upload interfaces.
  • Employ automated scraping or rapid denial-of-service scripts that impair platform stability for other users.

4. Development Status & Evolution

Newsbrio is deployed in progressive phases. Phase 1 delivers our core UI architecture, browser-side file preview, and educational framework. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but features may be enhanced, updated, or temporarily adjusted as subsequent processing phases are introduced.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute accuracy, Newsbrio does not warrant that image metadata extraction or modification will be error-free or that all proprietary camera formats will be recognized.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Newsbrio, its operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Service. Users are always advised to retain backup copies of their original digital negative files.
